Frequently asked questions
How is my Index calculated?
A win adds 10 points, winning in straight sets adds 5 and winning with double the games adds 3. If your rival has a higher Index you earn up to 25 extra. You always see the breakdown.
How many points do I start with?
It depends on your category: 6th starts at 1,000, 5th at 3,000, 4th at 5,000 and 3rd at 7,000.
When does my category change?
Changes are processed in June and December. You move up or down based on your Index.
What is confidence?
It measures how solid your sporting activity is. It's built from matches, different opponents, tournaments, consistency and good conduct.
How many matches count?
Up to 10 ranked matches per month. Play at least 6 to stay active in the ranking.
How much does it cost?
Everything is free during the beta. Afterwards, the Individual plan is $79 MXN per month and the Club / Creator plan is $199 MXN per month.
